How do we contact AMK?

Our customer service team is available to answer any questions and inquiries you may have. Please allow 24 hours (not including weekends or holidays) for a response.

What material are your shirts?

We use a mixture of 100% pre-shrunk cotton tees and 100% polyester tees. Cotton tees are designed with HTV (heat transfer vinyl).  Polyester tees are printed designs using Dye Sublimation ink.

What material are your hoodies?

Our hoodies are 94% polyester and 6% spandex. They run true to size. Please refer to our sizing chart for size comparison.

What is your turnaround time?

Our turnaround time varies among products. Production time may take up to 7-21 business days depending upon quantity and popularity of the item. We strive to have them out faster. 

During holiday rush times this is subject to change. When products are posted, we are very open regarding our turnaround time. Please remember these items are handmade and do require a little more time to create.

What are my shipping options?

 We ship via USPS Package Service. Priority and UPS are available at an additional cost. You will automatically be provided a tracking number when your item(s) ship.

What are my refund options?

Due to the custom nature of your product(s), we do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. If the item arrives to you with a manufacturer issue, please contact us immediately on how to resolve this issue. Please refer to all size charts prior to purchasing if you are unsure of sizing.

With that being said, we stand behind everything we sell.  Your satisfaction is our TOP priority.
